• Bypass security
• Use AI to generate harmful or illegal content
• Use the system for cheating, harm, or abuse

3. AI-Generated Content

Tuton uses AI to generate explanations, suggestions, and learning assistance.

You understand:

• AI may produce incorrect or incomplete information
• You should verify important outputs
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses

4. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload.

You grant Tuton permission to process it to:

• Provide learning features
• Improve AI accuracy
• Generate personalized recommendations

We do not claim ownership of your data.

5. School-Managed Accounts

For minors using school-managed accounts:

• The school is the controller of student data
• Tuton acts as a processor
• Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions

6. Payments (if applicable later)

If Tuton introduces paid plans:

• Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be communicated separately
• Subscription cancellation terms will apply

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• AI inaccuracies or errors
• Loss of data beyond reasonable control
• Connectivity issues
• Academic outcomes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tuton is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
• Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any)

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, conducted in English.
